This coming Friday January at 10:30 pm in Room Joaquín Francisco Cossio Meade Museum 31 before House of Culture, the INAH Center San Luis Potosi, take effect the first working session of the year of its Permanent Seminar Research, Preservation and Dissemination of Historical and Cultural studio w iguatemi Heritage of North Central Mexico.
The theme for this occasion is: José Jayme: life and painting of a celebrated artist Potosi, 1918-1949, and the session is intended, first, to show the most important events in life, as well as artistic and cultural environment potosino painter José Jayme, which determined his paintings.
It also seeks to catalog the oil produced by the artist between 1933 and 1949, in order to have an overview of production and establish the various studio w iguatemi stages in the development of his art work.
This time, the conference will be given by the teacher Ofelia Díaz Infante Zachariah, a graduate studio w iguatemi of the Bachelor of Graphic Design at the Faculty Habitat UASLP. He made the Specialty Mexican studio w iguatemi Art History and Master of Science in Habitat Mexican Art History at the Institute of Research and Graduate same faculty.
He has worked at the Museum of the Viceroyalty of San Luis Potosi and was responsible for creating the Grafoteca, Archive Items Graphics and Audiovisual of the University of Central Mexico, where he serves as academic rector since 2009 and how teachers of Art History courses.
