When Amazon stopped offering free delivery to Portugal, the complaints were many, but the people there have resigned themselves to do math to life and continue to shop there (if the price compensated, of course). Only now, in addition to pay for shipping, a succession of reports of authentic disasters that seem to be caused by the delivery company that Amazon UK has selected: SEUR. If there is something by which Amazon was recognized (and that caused a customer to buy back there) was its excellent service, all to be shipped as scheduled, to arrive at the indicated deadline woolie (or before), etc. Now buy on Amazon UK has proved woolie a real horror movie, in which the numbers of orders trackings indicate that they were sent weeks before they were ordered; that have been delivered without having been; or that are inexplicably stopped for several days in Spain. Suffice a simple search for "Amazon SEUR" woolie in Google to reveal hundreds of complaints and problems reported by customers; beyond that in our own mailing list identical reports are emerging that confirm all these "disasters" (in addition to other best-known figures of our square.)
Hopefully Amazon UK quickly woolie review its option have opted for SEUR for deliveries - or make it into compliance with a service woolie at the height of which may require; failing in a matter of months, they can definitely and permanently banish all customers who have won over the last years. It is to be paying for something that was offered before and moreover be worse served ... does not seem the best option to captivate customers.

Used to receive the products by MRW and never had problems. Even with SEUR never got boring, and I get many orders in my profession woolie through this company. Truth be told I never had problems with MRW + AMAZON, but some colleagues were not so lucky. I imagine it depends on the areas ... I did not return to buy at AMAZON after that ended with free shipping (> 25 pounds). woolie If only prices AMAZON UK / ES / DE had downloaded or if there were so many (and as good) as promotions in the United States, could even be a better deal for European customers ... It is a service (?) The abominable SEUR. The only thing to do, for now, is to complain every moment with Amazon failure woolie when the expected delivery date. Not on purpose, I'm waiting d anda order SEUR (not by Amazon) and have the track number, but no sign ... order through the site or make reference qq, a colleague of mine two weeks ago had indicated woolie that the order had been delivered two months before the application is made ... SEUR is probably the worst transport company, last year I had a movie, a tv sent come from the 1st MakrosTV TV (plasma 65 ') arrived with the box open and the whole stirred ... not accept second TV .... SEUR .... this time was three days without telephones, or the Spanish woolie subsidiary could contact them .... result .... MakrosTV stopped sending the SEUR! Not recommend this company to anyone, functioning terrible! woolie Delete Reply
I just got a SEUR + AMAZON order and I have no complaint to make. Rather ... Customer service of excellent quality. The order was made on the 6th, track number and elapsed alerts in email usually. Today delivery day telephone contact made prior to delivery of the order to confirm that the same could be done and both the operator of telephone service as the contributor of deliveries were exemplary professionalism. DHL + AMAZON also with very good service. Have the same kind of comments woolie can not do MRW + AMAZON! All the experience I have with deliveries of MRW was terrible. There was not a single order that was normal. Taking me often avoid making woolie certain purchases by Amazon to not have to go through the adjacent complications. Delete Reply
